Healthy Moms and Babes Appoints New CEO!

We welcome Charla Hale to the Healthy Moms and Babes family!

About Charla:

Hale comes to Healthy Moms and Babes with a proven track record of leadership in the public health and equity sectors. Previously, Hale served as the YWCA Hamilton’s Chief Strategy, Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer. “Hale’s strategic vision and dedication to improving the lives of minority women and children align seamlessly with the values of Healthy Moms and Babes,” said Healthy Moms and Babes Board Chair, Denyse Ferguson. “Hale’s diverse expertise and unparalleled vision will contribute greatly to the organization’s growth, mission and impact on lives in our shared communities.”

Additionally, she will innovate and enhance the nonprofit’s marketing, outreach, and communications programs. Healthy Moms and Babes remains committed to providing resources, increasing education, and supporting mothers to ensure healthier pregnancies and improved outcomes for themselves and their infants for lifelong success.
