Established 39 years ago, Healthy Moms and Babes is committed to decreasing infant mortality and advancing the health of women, children, and families through education, outreach, and compassionate support services.
 

Healthy Moms and Babes delivers essential health education and support to women and children through mobile outreach and home-visiting services. Our organization is dedicated to improving maternal and child health outcomes by ensuring that vulnerable women have equitable access to resources that promote healthy pregnancies, positive birth outcomes, enhanced parenting skills, and greater personal wellbeing. We are committed to empowering families with the knowledge and support needed to advance stability, resilience, and long-term self-sufficiency. 
Who we are

Our Programs

Healthy Families America Home Visiting Program

Provides support to families with education and resources during pregnancy and throughout the child’s first  3 years of life.

Mobile Van Outreach Program

Community-based health and resource outreach program. Clients meet with a registered nurse to discuss prenatal and postpartum concerns and receive education. 
Additional Services Include:
Resource distribution (Diapers, potty training, menstrual products, Food Box courtesy of Freestore Food Bank), Resource connection (Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, housing support, WIC enrollment support), Referrals to medical care.
